Return Policy

At Southmane, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • The item is not a digital or non-returnable product (see below)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, and licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used gaming cards

  • Digital/downloadable card codes

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@southmane.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if any paid for express delivery) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.
